  • Phenolic Procyanidins (also known as OPC or Oligomeric Procyanidins)

Antioxidant activity in vitro is also known as Polyphenols due to the extraction of the elemental grape seed.

With that being said, Dr. Moss looked at the study and the cosmetic company from Normandy, France that they were working with. In fact, they even have a winery there and they squeeze the grapes and have left over skin, seeds and the stem.

As a result, not only are they extracting the antioxidants from the red skins of the grapes, but they are going into the stem of the grapes and also the seeds that have the oils within.
